flute rotor profile, machined to highest accuracy ensures reduced differential
pressure between flutes and lobes, and lowest possible back flow. Adiabatic
efficiency is increased by 10-12%, which translates into 25% energy saving, as
compared to the 4-6 rotor profile design.

Most advanced, highly
specialized precision machining and control equipment enables rotors machining /
grinding accuracy down to 0.002mm, with roughness allowance of 0.1 - 0.2 um.
Outstanding Design
Large in size, slow running rpm Fu Sheng screw air-ends are more efficient and
deliver more compressed air for the same driving power. Bearing design life of
50,000 hours can be assured with air-ends min. vibrations and bending stress.
